Shipping Information: Getting Your Order There Fast!

Full Refund Case:

Full refund to your order is automatic and guaranteed only in case if we couldn't process or ship your order for any reason happening in our end.

Speedy Printing & Shipping:

  • We prioritize getting your order to you quickly!
  • Order processing time is different depending on the total quantity and inventory.
  • Make sure to leave for us your event date to prioritize the orders according to the nearest deadline.
  • It could be as fast as Same Day Printing or up to Three Weeks process time.
  • If your order is illegible for same day printing, orders  have to be received by 1:00 PM EST will be printed the same day. Be aware that if you need your order shipped UPS, please get it in as soon as possible. Our UPS cut off for pick up is 4 PM EST.
  • If you have an urgent need, we strongly recommend making arrangements to pick up your order instead of shipping. We can arrange late pick up if you cannot be here until after closing. Also, make sure to let us know your deadline time to verify the ability to have your order ready as soon as possible. 
  • Estimated delivery date contains up to 2 weeks order process time. If your order has been done in less than the estimate process time, the order might be delivered faster than the expected day. If any order process delay expected, we will contact you. After your order being shipped, we have no controle on the delivery nor the shipping process.

  • Estimate shipping time will be calculated on the check out unless mentioned in the item description.

Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

Please Note:

  • Once your order is shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. We cannot guarantee any service beyond store pick up. We have no control over your package once it has left our store.
  • Any missing or delayed packages are the responsibility of the selected carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS).
  • We have no additional data beyond what is available to you on the tracking website.

Late Orders:

  • If you haven’t received your order within a week of the expected delivery date, please call and let us know.
  • If you need a replacement for your order, please place a new order. You will need to fully pay for the new order.

Damaged Orders:

  • Please take pictures of the package. Include the label, the edges of the box or envelope and the inside (if the order is damage). We will need those pictures for the claim.
  • If you need a replacement for your order, please place a new order. You will need to fully pay for the new order.

Refunds for Delayed, Damaged or Lost Packages:

  • After the standard delivery timeframe for your chosen carrier has passed, we will file a claim. UPS claims can be filed once the expected delivery date is passed. USPS claims cannot be filed for 45 days after the expected delivery date.
  • Once the claim has been filed and approved by the carrier, we will issue a refund for the full amount of the order and any shipping charges. We cannot issue a refund until the carrier has approved the claim.
  • Remember, the earlier you order, the faster we can get it to you!

Grand Print YJ are not held responsible for:

  • Mistakes made by carriers (USPS, USP, FedEx, …etc.)
  • Wrong addresses given by customers
  • Damage to orders by postal service
  • PO box issues
  • Stolen packages after delivery

ORDER CONFIRMATION 

Items are shipped after processing (1- 21 business days). In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email & tracking number if available.
